FALLING IN LOVE AGAIN
After more than 20 years in their home, our clients - based in a quiet village in Surrey, just outside Kingston upon Thames - had fallen out of love with their home and were considering moving. But nothing matched the space and location of what they already had. After reflecting on the cost and upheaval of moving they made the decision to stay, we worked with them to breathe new life into each space to help them fall in love with their home all over again.
This project focussed on cohesively redesigning several key rooms to feel elegant and comfortable with a refined and natural palette. We gently lifted the scheme with vibrant accents to bring joy, energy and balance.
The luxury of this room is in the layers. Balancing antiques with pieces that have a story and contemporary furniture together in a scheme is when an interior becomes deeply individual.
The gentle curves of the chairs and the gold sculptural statement coffee table are the heart of this elegant living room.
